AccuBlue™和AccuClear™ 双链DNA定量测定法允许纯化后的双链DNA样本在较宽的范围浓度下精确定量。不像基于光谱吸收的核酸定量方法,荧光DNA结合染料具有较高的敏感度和对双链DNA的专属选择性,即使在有污染RNA和其他常见污染物,包括游离核苷酸,蛋白质,洗涤剂和盐存在的条件下,都可以提供准确的DNA浓度。
Biotium公司提供四种双链DNA定量试剂盒,分别对应不同的仪器和样品浓度范围。试剂盒也针对不同的污染物有各自的耐受度(具体请下载相关产品说明)。
